📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and sell frozen food products to retail partners and customers.
- Visit retail outlets to ensure products are well-displayed and attractively priced.
- Negotiate promotions and discounts to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.
- Use SAP and Salesforce to track sales, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance data.
- Attend trade shows and events to network with industry professionals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
