📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of public infrastructure projects.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project quality and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and submit reports to the relevant authorities, including project status updates, progress reports, and final project reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record in managing public infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
