📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting transactions and ensure financial records are accurate and compliant.
• Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations to maintain financial health.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
