As a Facility Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across all properties.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain and improve property facilities.
- Implement and monitor facility management policies and procedures.
- Manage and train housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional guest service and support.
- Drive continuous improvement in facility operations through data analysis and feedback.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating facility operations.
- Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as FM Pro, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
