📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain advanced automations in HubSpot to streamline sales processes
- Manage and optimize our CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
- Create and distribute engaging content using HubSpot's marketing tools
- Track and analyze sales performance using HubSpot's reporting features
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices
- Provide training and support to the sales team on HubSpot's tools and functionalities
- Continuously monitor and optimize our sales funnel to improve conversion rates
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or similar role, preferably in a sales operations capacity
- Certification in HubSpot Sales Software or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
