📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily building maintenance operations, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Monitor and maintain building systems and equipment, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Maintenance, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and construction.
• Certification in Building Maintenance or a related field (e.g., Certified Building Maintenance Specialist, CMMS).
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
