📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage night shift operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to global clients.
• Coordinate with the client operations team to resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to the client operations team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain open communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client operations or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Certification in operational excellence or a related field is a plus.
