Shell Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager for Financial Crime Prevention to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and detect financial crimes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of integrity and compliance within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial crime prevention strategies and programs.,Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify and mitigate risks.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Provide training and guidance to employees on financial crime prevention and ethical conduct.,Collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies to investigate and resolve financial crimes.,Maintain and update knowledge of financial crime prevention best practices and regulations.,Report to senior management on the status of financial crime prevention efforts and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial crime prevention, compliance, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Proven track record of successfully implementing financial crime prevention programs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
