📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Oversee departmental operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve business goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into departmental operations.,Represent the department at internal and external meetings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
