📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure optimal performance and utilization of our products.,Collaborate with the engineering and marketing teams to develop and improve our product offerings.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.,Strong technical knowledge of plate heat exchangers and oil separator solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
