📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on tugboats and barges, including engine, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues that may arise.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with international maritime regulations and standards.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of tugboats and barges to ensure operational readiness.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of maintenance schedules and work orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine maintenance, particularly in tugboat and barge operations.
• Certification as a Marine Engineer or relevant marine maintenance certification.
• Familiarity with marine maintenance software such as Maximo or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of marine regulations and standards, including ISM, ISPS, and SOLAS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
