📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Participate in and complete the Management Development Program (MDP) curriculum, including workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
• Collaborate with team members and industry experts to complete group projects and case studies.
• Develop and present project proposals and reports to senior management.
• Attend and contribute to industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office to manage and analyze data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of insurance and financial products and services.
• Support the insurance underwriting and claims processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or young professional with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with insurance and financial services industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
