📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.,Lead and supervise the receptionist team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and manage reception area operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and guest services to provide accurate information.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software for guest management and record-keeping.,Familiarity with local regulations, laws, and best practices in the hospitality industry.,Leadership and team management experience is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
