📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement pastry recipes and menus.,Supervise and mentor junior pastry chefs.,Ensure high-quality standards in all pastries and desserts.,Manage inventory and procurement of pastry ingredients.,Plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.,Proven track record of leading a team.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
