📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Work closely with managers and staff to identify training needs and develop training materials.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide support to employees during training sessions and address any questions or concerns.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel to different locations for training purposes.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new training methodologies.
