📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and hiring needs.,Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fresh graduate or limited experience in talent acquisition.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.
