📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation scheduling.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery schedules.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in the logistics department.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations, providing prompt and effective solutions.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the logistics field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
