📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payments for patients and insurance companies accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and customer service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.
