📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve future hiring efforts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
