Fast Express Unggul is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Sidoarjo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
