📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to uphold our quality and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ensure timely restocking.
• Address guest complaints and concerns related to cleanliness and service.
• Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software such as Housekeeping Pro or similar.
• Certification in housekeeping management or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
