As an EHS Officer/Executive at Molex, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to drive performance and innovation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local and international standards, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Oversee the management of environmental and safety incidents, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on EHS best practices and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into all aspects of business operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and recommend improvements to EHS strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing EHS programs.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant EHS certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
