Our Driver & General Service Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet of vehicles, which are essential for transporting our high-quality textiles to various parts of the country. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our vehicles, as well as ensuring that they are always in top condition for safe and efficient operation.

In this role, you will be working closely with our team of mechanics and service technicians, as well as our fleet managers. You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules, ordering parts and materials, and ensuring that our vehicles are always ready for service. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are always satisfied with the quality of our vehicles and the service we provide.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other commercial vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, using tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and other hand tools.
• Coordinate with mechanics and service technicians to ensure that vehicles are always in top condition.
• Order parts and materials for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are always satisfied with the quality of our vehicles and the service we provide.
• Monitor vehicle fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring that we are always operating within budget.
• Ensure that all vehicles are always clean, safe, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver or in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license for commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
