📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Ensure that all food items are prepared according to the restaurant's standards and guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's menu.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet service and production goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
