📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of all activities.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and motivation to achieve targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
