Up Base Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated efficiently, and comply with all regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations, insurance requirements, and environmental standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and insurance policies.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff on vehicle operation and maintenance.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of the fleet to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Knowledge of local and national transportation regulations and insurance requirements.,Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
