📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient safety and quality improvement programs.,Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to monitor and analyze patient safety and quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of patient safety and quality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of programs and initiatives.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders, to drive continuous improvement and enhance patient care.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as regulatory bodies and healthcare organizations, to ensure compliance and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in patient safety and quality, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of patient safety and quality processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Provide leadership and direction to the patient safety and quality department, ensuring the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient safety and quality management, with a strong background in data analytics.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing patient safety and quality improvement programs.,Strong knowledge of patient safety and quality standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.,Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, or specialized patient safety and quality analytics platforms.,Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
