📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the academic programs and curriculum development for international students.,Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure high-quality education and student success.,Manage student admissions, enrollment, and academic records.,Develop and implement academic policies and procedures.,Build and maintain relationships with international partners and institutions.,Monitor and evaluate academic performance and outcomes.,Provide academic advising and support to international students.,Represent the college at academic conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic coordination or a similar role in international education.,Strong knowledge of international education standards and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian education system and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
