New Sky Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest quality of food and beverages. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, managing staff, and maintaining the kitchen's standards.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia, but you must be based in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute menus that meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Certifications in food safety and hygiene are a plus.
