📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
  • Providing operational support to the management team as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date operational records and documentation.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with operational software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
