📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse operators, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Shopee’s operational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and IT, to drive operational excellence.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process reengineering projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
