📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects.,Develop and implement structural design and analysis standards and procedures.,Review and approve structural design drawings and calculations.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to ensure compliance with design specifications.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers within the team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards (e.g., SNI, Eurocode, AISC).,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
