📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve productivity and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Identify and implement improvements to enhance production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in manufacturing.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
