LAMANSUA Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, conduct training, and ensure a positive work culture.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
