📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify training needs and develop learning programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and deliver engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and webinars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our training programs are relevant and valuable to our employees.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.,Support the HR team in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
